- When will I receive my order?
- All orders will be shipped through U.S. Postal Service. Orders are shipped out next business day. Domestic orders will be shipped through Priority Mail which should arrive in 2 to 3 business days. International Orders will be shipped through First-Class International Mail which should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks (may vary depending on customs).
- I just placed an order but my mailing address is incorrect, is it too late?
- No, orders are shipped out next business day @ 1:00pm Pacific Time. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY, if you need to make any changes to your order whether its your mailing address or anything else like changes in sizes, colors, etc.
- Can I return my order? Exchange?
- All sales are FINAL, unless we made a mistake by giving you the wrong style, size, color, etc. then you may return the item. We will then ship the correct orders to you and fully refund any returned shipping cost you may incur.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Due to the safety of our customers we currently don't accept Checks/Money Orders.
